1. Program Overview
This agreement enrolls the Member's vehicle in the Rubber Ducky's Detailing Maintenance Program (the "Program"). The Program is designed to keep the vehicle clean and protected on a recurring basis.
2. Required Starting Service
Enrollment requires an initial Preferred Ducky detail, which includes a full interior & exterior clean, iron removal, clay bar treatment, wash & protectant, and steam-cleaned vents. This establishes the baseline condition for ongoing maintenance visits.
3. Recurring Maintenance Visits
- Ongoing visits are scheduled by mileage and/or time interval as agreed above.
- The Provider will contact the Member when a visit is due to arrange a date and time.
- Maintenance visits keep the vehicle up between full details and may be adjusted based on condition and use.
4. Confirmation & Pricing
- Every appointment is confirmed by phone to review expectations, scope, and pricing before service.
- Pricing is quoted per vehicle based on size and condition. Member pricing applies while the Program is active.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
5. Access & Mobile Service
As a mobile service, the Member agrees to provide reasonable access to the vehicle and, where needed, access to water and power at the service location.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel this Program with reasonable notice. Individual appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
7. Agreement
By signing below, the Member acknowledges they have read and agree to the terms of this Program.
